"Alanna was very helpful right from the start. I kind of forgot that I was looking for a lower rate insurance and she sent me a text so I went for it. She did not pressure me and it was nice! Alan Burnett went above and beyond spending quality time with me on the phone, to provide me with a comprehensive auto and home insurance policy that fits my needs. I received personalized attention, ensuring all of my needs were met as well as thorough explanation of each endorsement. As an educator, this was an important aspect that I have never experienced with any purchase, let alone an insurance policy which can be cumbersome to understand.
